If you do not have "camera-ready" art and would like to submit a sketch to be rendered by one of our artists, you may print out our art submission form and fax it to 1-401-467-3570. Please be sure to include all of the requested information on the form to insure correct processing of your order. Art is billed at $50.00 per hour. Minimum $25.00
